Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Pune. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating and managing content, optimizing social media platforms, and overseeing campaigns across channels to drive engagement and improve brand presence. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends to enhance social media efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively manage digital platforms and enhance audience engagement.
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy to align with brand goals and campaign objectives.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest digital trends and social media best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in political campaigns or corporate digital marketing is an added advantage.
