About the Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who's creative, data-driven, and passionate about building brands online. You'll assist in managing our social media presence, running ad campaigns, maintaining the content calendar, and ensuring daily activity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Identify and select target audiences for campaigns based on goals and insights
  • Help in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns
  • Maintain and update the monthly content calendar
  • Coordinate with the design and content team for creative postings
  • Handle daily social media tasks — posting, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages
  • Track performance metrics and share weekly insights or reports

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager preferred)
  • Knowledge of audience targeting and campaign setup
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Creative thinking and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
