Job Title: Client Relations Executive

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Communicate project updates and gather client feedback to improve services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Support the business development team in lead generation and client outreach.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
  • BBA/BBM/BCOM/MBA (Any specialization)
  • Experience:Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
