Sales Manager – ZGP

Location: Bangalore

Department: Event Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute wedding and corporate events end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — photography, cinematography, décor, and logistics — to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct venue recces, create event flow plans, and ensure flawless on-ground management.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide customized event solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of event-related commitments with attention to detail and brand quality standards.
  • Supervise setup, scheduling, and team deployment during events.
  • Handle any last-minute changes with efficiency and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Maintain post-event reports and feedback to improve future events.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in event management (preferably weddings, luxury, or corporate).
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent client handling and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage large teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Google Sheets, Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Preferred Language: English, Tamil, and regional language based on location.
  • Flexible to travel and work during weekends/events.
  • Must speak kannada

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Event execution quality and client satisfaction.
  • Timely event delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Vendor management and cost control.
  • Client communication and feedback scores.
  • Coordination efficiency with internal departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
