ZGP is a leading photography and creative services company known for innovation, quality, and an exceptional client experience. We are expanding our Bangalore operations and are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and strengthen our market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve monthly targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across Bangalore.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Cross-promote company services to maximise sales opportunities.

Team & Operations Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation, promotions, and brand visibility.
  • Oversee branch-level sales activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Report performance, pipeline updates, and key metrics to the Head Office.

KPI Ownership

  • Achieve personal sales targets and maintain strong conversion percentages.
  • Meet client-meeting and follow-up completion targets consistently.
  • Maintain top-tier CQ scores, audit scores, and overall KPI metrics.
  • Ensure discount percentages, payment timelines, and transaction completion (same-day/full payment) are within company standards.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Sales / Business Development / Client Management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets & MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Languages: English, Tamil, and Kannada preferred.
  • Bonus: Experience in photography, events, media, or creative industries.
