About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Freelance Digital Marketing Expert to lead, execute, and optimize our performance marketing campaigns across major digital platforms, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads), and LinkedIn Ads. This is a freelance role where the expert will take full ownership of campaign setup, ad design coordination, keyword planning, bidding strategies, budget management, A/B testing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  2. Understand the business objectives, service offerings, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)

  3. Create a comprehensive digital ad strategy tailored to each platform (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  4. Conduct detailed competitor and keyword research to identify ad opportunities
  5. Develop buyer personas and customer journey maps to align messaging and targeting

  6. Ad Campaign Setup & Execution

  7. Setup and manage PPC campaigns across:

  8. Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)

  9. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  10. LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Posts, Lead Gen Forms)

  11. Create and manage multiple ad sets with variations in creatives, targeting, and copy

  12. Develop high-converting landing pages in collaboration with internal or external designers (optional)

  13. Ad Copy & Creative Coordination

  14. Write persuasive and action-oriented ad copy for each platform

  15. Coordinate with internal teams or design freelancers to produce high-quality visual creatives (images, videos, carousels)
  16. Ensure all creatives adhere to platform guidelines and brand tone

  17. Budget Management & Bidding

  18. Define media budget allocation by platform

  19. Implement smart bidding strategies based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
  20. Monitor spend and optimize in real-time to avoid budget leaks

  21. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  22. Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc., for accurate tracking

  23. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with:

  24. Campaign impressions, clicks, CTR

  25. Cost per conversion
  26. ROI/ROAS metrics
  27. Funnel performance (top to bottom)

  28. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, CTAs, audience sets, and landing pages

  29. Provide actionable insights and continuously optimize based on data

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 46 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in performance-based advertising
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting (demographic, behavioral, interest-based, lookalike audiences)
  • Hands-on experience in:

  • Conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM setup)

  • Funnel analysis using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • A/B testing of creatives and landing pages

  • Strong copywriting skills for ad texts, headlines, and CTAs

  • Familiarity with ad policies and platform guidelines (especially Meta & LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage client expectations

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation funnels
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce for lead nurturing
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu for competitor research
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page adjustments (optional)

Deliverables & Reporting

  • Weekly performance reports with KPIs and actionable insights
  • Ad creatives (in coordination with design support)
  • Campaign dashboards and analytics setup
  • Campaign optimization roadmap

Engagement Terms

  • Type: Freelance / Project-based
  • Duration: Initial contract for 1 month, extendable based on performance
  • Work Hours: Flexible, outcome-focused
