About The Role
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and the internal digital marketing team. You will ensure campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients receive timely, clear updates.

  • Act as the client liaison for planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication
  • Understand client marketing goals and translate them into coordinated digital deliverables
  • Track project progress, ensure timely execution, and keep stakeholders informed of status and risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, analytics) to deliver high-quality results

Key Skills

  • Strong client coordination and relationship management
  • Good understanding of digital marketing deliverables and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with reliable follow-up
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Background
Candidates must have experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency. Freelancers or candidates without agency experience will not be considered.
