Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling to maintain a positive work culture.
  • Design and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory deductions (PF/ESI/Gratuity).
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee data, and HRIS systems.
  • Collaborate with management for workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and succession planning.
  • Drive initiatives for employee retention, motivation, and workplace safety.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of HR experience with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage HR operations in a manufacturing or industrial setup (preferred).
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build positive employee relations.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
