Role Overview

We are looking for a
Human Resource Manager
who can manage the end-to-end HR while driving recruitment strategies that strengthen our growing EdTech business. The ideal candidate should have
hands-on experience in sales hiring
, as our core operations rely heavily on a performance-oriented business development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the
    complete employee life cycle
    — from recruitment and onboarding to exit formalities.
  • Lead
    sales hiring
    for Business Development, Sales Operations, and related profiles.
  • Conduct
    campus recruitment drives
    across universities and institutes.
  • Drive
    employee engagement, motivation, and retention
    initiatives.
  • Manage
    attendance, payroll coordination, and leave administration
    .
  • Collaborate with leadership on
    performance evaluation, manpower planning
    , and training needs.
  • Support the development of
    learning & growth programs
    aligned with business goals.
  • Handle
    grievance management
    and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Generate
    HR analytics and reports
    for management insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in HR role, with a strong focus on
    sales hiring
    .
  • Prior exposure to the
    EdTech industry
    will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
