Role Overview:

The
Operations Head - Turnkey Projects
will lead and manage the complete life cycle of interior fit-out and construction projects. This role is responsible for operations planning, project execution, vendor management, cost control, quality assurance, and team leadership to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end turnkey operations with the ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complete turnkey project execution from planning to final handover.
  • Oversee multiple project sites to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, cost control, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with design, project management, procurement, and quality teams for seamless operational flow.
  • Monitor project budgets, BOQs, billing, and variance control to ensure financial performance.
  • Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
  • Establish and implement site processes, reporting mechanisms, and workflow controls.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges; escalate risks when necessary.
  • Ensure all documentation, compliance protocols, and safety standards are strictly followed.
  • Conduct regular project reviews with project managers and site teams.
  • Serve as the primary operations point of contact for key clients and consultants.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in turnkey interior fit-out or construction project operations.
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost management, and vendor coordination.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, site execution methods, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
