Role Overview

We are hiring a high-ownership Head of Operations who will be 100 percent involved in the business and take complete responsibility for execution across all group verticals. MI School- Preschools

Operations management, planning, execution, and growth support

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of daily and strategic operations across all verticals

Independently resolve operational, people, vendor, and customer issues

Act as the operational face of leadership in the organization

Drive strong execution, accountability, and performance culture

Push for business growth and expansion into new verticals

Strengthen systems, processes, and MIS using technology

Lead crisis management and on-ground decision making

Required Profile

10 to 18 years of proven experience in operations leadership

Logically strong with high problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and people management skills

Strong command over technology, MIS, and digital tools

Firm, decisive, and able to manage tough situations

Entrepreneurial mindset with growth focus
