Job Summary: The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling jewelry products, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment. This role involves interacting with customers, assisting them in selecting jewelry, handling sales transactions, and ensuring that the showroom meets its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge about the jewelry, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.
  • Promote special offers, new arrivals, and seasonal promotions.
  • Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure that all products are properly displayed and well-organized.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom is always up to standard.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Assist in stock-taking and inventory management.
  • Stay updated on current jewelry trends and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to all showroom policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Good mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for luxury items and design.
  • Knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and trends is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
