Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for an Area Loss Prevention Officer. The Area Loss Prevention Officer will be responsible for overseeing retail loss prevention strategies, monitoring physical security, conducting surveillance, and implementing preventive measures. Day-to-day tasks include conducting security audits, managing incident responses, and coordinating with local law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Retail Loss Prevention and Prevention techniques
  • Strong Communication abilities
  • Expertise in Physical Security and Surveillance
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in retail or warehouse environments is a plus
