Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at RARE Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd, located in Jamnagar. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the client's specifications. The Sous Chef will also assist in menu planning and ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food presentation
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, including supervising staff and inventory management
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Formal culinary training or relevant certification is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Requirements
- Qualified Graduate from a recognized Hotel Management Industry .
- Exp - 5+ Years in culinary cousine such as Italian , Indian & Multi - cousine .
