Compensation

  • Salary:
    Up to ₹40,000 per month in-hand
  • Annual CTC:
    Up to ₹5.5 LPA
  • Incentives:
    Attractive performance-based incentives on conversions

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Telecaller with a proven background in selling equity advisory plans, financial subscriptions, and wealth management services. The ideal candidate will interact with HNI prospects, understand their investment goals, and upsell suitable subscription plans to them.

Exceptional spoken English, financial product knowledge, and confidence in speaking with corporate clients are a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential HNI clients to pitch paid wealth management and equity advisory subscriptions
  • Upsell to qualified leads, explain product benefits, and close sales efficiently
  • Understand client risk appetite, portfolio behavior, and investment expectations
  • Maintain detailed call logs, follow-ups, and CRM records
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and adhere to performance KPIs
  • Coordinate with senior advisors for lead management and seamless onboarding
  • Maintain strong relationship-building and persistent follow-up skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of telecalling / inside sales experience
    in BFSI, stock broking, equity advisory, wealth management, or mutual fund selling
  • Excellent spoken English communication and listening skills (must be able to speak confidently with HNI clients)
  • Sound knowledge of stock market basics:
  • Equity, SIP, NAV, Nifty/Sensex, portfolio diversification, mutual funds, investment risk, etc.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
  • Consistent job stability (minimum 1 year in last role preferred)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with ≤ 15 days notice period
  • Experience calling HNI or corporate clients
  • Candidates from brokerage firms, wealth advisory companies, financial subscriptions or SIP/MF sales experience
