Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with NRI clients, ensuring their investment goals are understood and aligned with advisory solutions.
  • To engage with and activate NTST (Not Trading / Stopped Trading) customers on ICICI Direct.
  • To provide full demo of the website with research calls, while activating these non-trading and stop trader clients, advisory to keep clients active and increase revenue.
  • Offer customized equity investment solutions based on risk profile, financial goals, and market trends.
  • Enhance brokerage revenue from the clients.
  • Provide end-to-end account servicing including KYC, portfolio reviews, transaction support, and compliance adherence.
  • Stay updated on market trends, global economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting NRIs.
  • Coordinate with research, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless service.
  • To Handle customer queries and to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of direct equity and global investment strategies.
  • Fluent in English Communication.
  • Familiarity with FEMA, NRE/NRO accounts, tax regulations applicable to NRIs, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client accounts.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and equity platforms.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
