Scope

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of background verification reports and processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high reporting standards. Your role will be critical in upholding our reputation for delivering precise, reliable, and confidential verification results to support our clients' hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate background verification reports for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
  • Act as a Quality Gatekeeper, ensuring all reports meet internal and client-specific standards
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps and work with internal teams to resolve them
  • Develop and maintain QA checklists, guidelines, and best practices for report validation
  • Monitor workflow to ensure timely review and delivery of reports to clients
  • Document QA findings and share feedback for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and data protection/privacy standards

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or background verification (preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
