Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant with strong IT knowledge to support our HR operations and assist with HR systems, employee data management, and recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will combine HR skills with the ability to understand IT job requirements, HR software tools, and basic technical terminology.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (system access, documentation, device requests).
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee letters, and documentation.

Recruitment Support

  • Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and IT team leads.
  • Post jobs on recruitment platforms and track application progress.
  • Assist with background checks and reference verification.

IT-Related HR Support

  • Manage user access requests (email accounts, software access, IT equipment tracking).
  • Work with IT department to maintain employee system access and security compliance.
  • Support HR technology tools (HRIS, ATS, ticketing systems).
  • Help troubleshoot minor HR system issues and coordinate with IT for fixes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR; experience in an IT company or HR tech environment preferred.
  • Basic understanding of IT roles (software developer, network admin, QA, support engineer, etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
  • Familiarity with IT terminology and technical skill sets.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT support teams.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
