Role Overview: As a Podcast Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the entire podcast production workflow — from researching guests and coordinating recordings to publishing and promoting episodes across platforms. You will work closely with the content and media team to ensure every episode maintains quality, consistency, and brand voice. Key Responsibilities:
• Research guest profiles, company backgrounds, and trending business topics.
• Coordinate with guests for scheduling, recording sessions, and communication.
• Assist during recordings — take notes, maintain scripts, and manage brand tone.
• Support post-production by reviewing edits, transcripts, and show notes.
• Upload and schedule podcast episodes across Spotify, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Contribute ideas for new content themes and episode formats. Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in podcasting, media production, or digital content.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with podcast tools and publishing platforms.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, startups, and business.
