Responsibilities:

  • Perform 3D Revit modeling tasks as assigned by the Leads

  • Develop MEP BIM models and perform 3D coordination using Revit/Navisworks

  • Prepare MEP shop drawings and 2D MEP coordination drawings

  • Create Revit-based families and follow project BIM standards

  • Collaborate with other BIM technicians and designers using BIM software

  • Understanding of BIM template and processes

  • Preferred experience in 4D and 5D, and US and Gulf (Middle East) projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B-Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Discipline

  • Strong experience as a BIM Modeler on Revit MEP, especially in Plumbing

  • Expertise in Revit MEP software, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD

  • Experience in Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting

  • Understanding of MEP coordination and building information modeling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in US and Gulf (Middle East) projects

  • Knowledge of 4D and 5D

  • Strong design and problem-solving skills
