Role Description Location: Cochin, Kerala Type: Full-time | Office-based What You’ll Do Convert CAD drawings to BIM models with accuracy and efficiency. Develop and manage models up to LOD 400–500 for MEP systems. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for model integration and clash resolution. Maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards. Ensure model quality and compliance with company and client BIM protocols. What We’re Looking For Minimum 4 years of BIM Modelling experience (MEP projects). Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD . Good understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP) and MEP coordination workflows . Eye for detail, team player, and commitment to deadlines.
