Job SummaryRachTR is building a team of experienced, detail-oriented, thorough, agile, and energetic Sales Professionals for the Mumbai territory to oversee all the market development by liaising with the different stakeholders such as Architects, PMCs, Category A contractors, Marble Traders & Builders. The job will entail executing marketing activities, business development, product approvals, and customer support.
Job Title: Sales Manager Reports To: Regional Sales HeadStatus: Permanent Full-time Department: Sales & Marketing Job Description:Design and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Drive sales and business development efforts, targeting Premium Contractors, Architects, PMCs, Marble Traders, and Builders and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts.
Develop a strong network with Projects, Purchase, and BoQ/ Tender personnel to drive business. Maintain coordination with all stake holders for project information and specifications and helping them in troubleshooting and resolving bottlenecks. Providing technical support and assistance to customers in understanding substrates, applications, products and systems, and latest technologies.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the mentioned geography and the target segment. Independently manage accounts while tracking development activities and providing regular performance reports. Salary: 10 LPA to 15 LPA depending upon the position (Negotiable as well for the right candidate)Eligibility/ Qualification: Minimum Experience of 10 Years in Sales & Business Development, in Construction & Allied Industry, via Architects, PMC's, A Category Contractors, Marble Traders & Builders. Must be agile and should have a strong understanding of the market dynamics. A proven performer who has demonstrated excellence in their career journey.
Strong project management, including developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and delivering results. Must have worked on construction projects where the involvement is very high. Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer relationships.
Must possess a minimum of a relevant Graduation or post-graduation degree. Skills Set –Proven career record is sales, must be an achiever, and a growth-oriented person
