Paras Hospital is hiring front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously at the front desk.
  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling for OPD.
  • Handle OPD billing, consultation charges, and receipt generation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and billing teams for smooth patient flow.
  • Manage IP admissions, collect necessary documents, and update patient information in the HIS.
  • Verify insurance / TPA details and coordinate for pre-authorizations where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of patient details, billing, and payments.
  • Handle queries related to billing, admission, and discharge process.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments (Billing, Admission, Nursing, TPA).
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
  • Prepare daily collection reports and submit to Accounts/Billing Department.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferably BHM / BBA / Commerce background).
  • 1+ years of experience in hospital front office, OPD billing, or admission desk.
  • Knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS) preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Pleasant personality and customer service orientation.
