Job Summary:

People Nest Global Consulting has been exclusively mandated by our client a high-growth AI-powered B2B SaaS platform – to hire a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Mumbai (Work from Office). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in scaling SaaS businesses, GTM operations, and customer acquisition in a competitive, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business scaling with a focus on ARR/MRR growth and market expansion.
  • Spearhead customer acquisition, retention, upsell strategies, and GTM effectiveness.
  • Build and mentor high-performance teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Develop and refine a unique value proposition by benchmarking against competitors like , ZoomInfo, and Lusha.
  • Own GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, channel expansion, and partnerships.
  • Monitor execution against defined KPIs using data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent the company to investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B tech, GTM, or product-led growth environments.
  • Proven success in scaling operations, revenue, and customer base in a high-growth SaaS or AI startup.
  • Deep domain expertise in sales intelligence, outreach automation, or lead generation tools.
  • Familiarity with platforms like , ZoomInfo, and Lusha is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and rapid execution.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a Tier-1 institute (e.g., IIM, ISB, Ivy League) is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional candidates with extensive SaaS/GTM experience may be considered even without an MBA.

Location:

Mumbai (Work from Office)

Compensation:

60 LPA – 1 Crore per annum (depending on experience and performance)
