Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Network Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be on the Miniminds Technology Solutions payroll.

The role involves administering, troubleshooting, designing, and securing network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring network infrastructure
  • Configuring, managing, and optimizing routing and switching environments
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex network-related issues
  • Implementing and managing network security measures
  • Designing scalable and resilient network architectures
  • Collaborating with IT teams to enhance overall network performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Networking
  • Proven expertise in Network Administration
  • Strong proficiency in Routing and Switching
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in network security implementation and management
  • Hands-on experience in network design and optimization
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
