Role Description
- Assist with posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Help prepare onboarding materials, assist with new hire paperwork, and support the orientation process.
- Address employee inquiries, help organize engagement activities, and assist with employee relations.
- Maintain employee records, prepare HR-related reports and presentations, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Participate in HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts, training programs, and conducting research to support HR strategies.
Qualifications
Education
: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills
: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills;
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to handle sensitive information
with discretion.
