Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic corporate marketing lead to handle nationwide marketing and business development activities, coordinating with regional teams across zones. The role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive growth through consistent follow-ups, guidance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate with all marketing and business development personnel located across different zones of the country.
  • Continuously follow up with regional teams to ensure timely execution of business development targets and marketing initiatives.
  • Align regional business development efforts with central strategy, ensuring uniformity in messaging and execution.
  • Monitor and review marketing performance metrics, providing feedback and corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate marketing personnel to improve productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement the company's overall marketing and brand strategy, including digital, branding, and offline campaigns, to drive growth and enhance visibility.
  • Manage client acquisition, retention, and relationship-building strategies in coordination with BD teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure cross-functional synergy.
  • Handle budgeting and resource allocation for marketing activities across regions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt strategies proactively.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing major and minor in finance, Business Development.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing and business development.
  • Proven track record in managing regional teams across multiple zones.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and follow-up skills.
  • Proven leadership with focus on accountability and results
  • Open to travel extensively across regions for business development and team coordination.
  • Experience in corporate banking preferred.
