Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, and provide insights that support sound financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate reporting of employee compensation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation and filing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a relevant financial position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
