About the Role:

We are a leading garment export company seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team. The candidate will assist in managing the accounts related to our ready-made garment exports, ensuring timely documentation, compliance with export norms, and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records related to exports.
  • Record and reconcile factory, Mill & Jobworkers invoices.
  • Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Maintain party ledgers, payment follow-up, and assist in internal audits.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, preferably in a garment export or similar export industry.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and export documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with garment or textile export companies.
  • Understanding of export incentive schemes and DGFT-related work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
