Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Commi 1. The Commi 1 will assist in daily food preparation tasks, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene protocols, adhering to culinary guidelines, and supporting senior chefs with cooking and other kitchen duties. The role requires effective communication with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking skills
  • Strong knowledge of Hygiene and Culinary Skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Experience in a professional kitchen setting is a plus
  • Relevant certification or training in culinary arts is preferred
