Key Responsibilities:IT Hardware Strategy & Management: Develop and implement IT hardware policies, procurement strategies, and maintenance plans.Infrastructure Oversight: Manage and maintain all IT hardware, including servers, storage, networks, and workstations, ensuring minimal downtime.Security & Compliance: Ensure IT infrastructure complies with security policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate IT hardware suppliers for quality and cost -effectiveness.Technology Upgrades: Assess emerging hardware technologies and recommend upgrades or new implementations to enhance productivity.IT Support & Troubleshooting: Lead the IT support team to resolve hardware -related issues efficiently and provide seamless IT operations.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor IT professionals to build a high -performing IT hardware team.Disaster Recovery Planning: Design and implement IT disaster recovery strategies to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align IT hardware infrastructure with business objectives. RequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.15+ years of experience in IT hardware, infrastructure management, and team leadership.Strong knowledge of networking, data centers, cloud solutions, and IT security protocols.Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.Hands -on experience with ERP systems, enterprise hardware, and IT support processes.Excellent problem -solving, analytical, and decision -making skills.Ability to manage budgets and optimize IT hardware costs.Strong communication and leadership abilities.
