We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and provide
end-to-end operational support
for
WSO2 Identity and Access Management (IAM)
platform across multiple environments (production, staging, non-production, DR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot WSO2 services daily.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of identity infrastructure.
  • Support integrations with enterprise systems (SSO, federation, MFA, user lifecycle management).
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
  • Provide audit support and ensure compliance with client policies (GDPR, etc.).

Operations & Support:

  • 24x7 incident, service request, and problem management.
  • Incident response with root cause analysis for major issues.
  • Change management following client's process.
  • Configuration management and CMDB accuracy.
  • Backup and DR drills.

Security & Compliance:

  • Vulnerability scanning and remediation.
  • Access management and privileged account control.

Service Levels & Reporting:

  • Meet SLAs for incident response and service availability.
  • Provide regular reports and participate in governance meetings.
  • Proactive monitoring and automation for routine tasks.
  • Continuous improvement and collaboration with client IT/security teams.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Identity Management
  • Familiarity with WSO2 IAM platform (authentication, authorisation, SSO, MFA).
  • Exposure to tools like CyberArk, Saviynt, Azure AD is a plus.
