Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Debt Recovery Agent role located in Bengaluru. The Debt Recovery Agent will be responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding dues and managing repayment plans. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers in a professional manner, negotiating feasible payment solutions, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving recovery targets. The role also requires analyzing customer financial situations and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Debt Collection and Finance knowledge, with experience in managing repayment processes.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate customer financial situations and recommend suitable repayment solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in a debt recovery or financial services role is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
