Role & responsibilities

Leading the complete Brake testing project execution including:

  • Discussion and confirmation of technical requirements with the customer up to proposal release
  • Test project planning and coordination within the team/customer
  • Test sample preparation and instrumentation
  • Test preparation, operation and data acquisition set-up
  • Test execution according to the defined procedures and specifications
  • Test data analysis, validation and reporting
  • Supporting the execution of facilities upgrades/improvements/maintenance
  • Ensuring alignment with corporate policies in terms of project management, quality, OHS, facilities/equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • Provide training and supervision to new and existing team members
  • To flexibly support other related activities as required by the business, i.e. business development, etc
  • Creation of friction product specification and technical customer document
  • Creation of friction DVP, realized by friction supplier to ensure customer specifications followed with technical reports
  • Process data sheet follow-up and signature at friction supplier
  • Co-ordination of friction parts, technical definition, determination for internal need and external.
  • Take care of dynamometer testing and development and planning of customer requirements and execute towards customer commitment
  • Managing friction projects likes creation of friction product specification and technical customer document, creation of friction DVP, realized by friction supplier to ensure customer specifications followed with technical reports

Preferred candidate profile

BE Mech & Experience with around 7-12 years & Testing.
