Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with clients, visitors, and callers with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage front office operations, including calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain records, and assist with documentation.
- Support business teams by preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, presentable, and client-ready at all times.
- Act as a bridge between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with trust and discretion.
Desired Skills & Qualities
- Female preferred, with pleasing personality and excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Confident in handling clients and senior professionals.
- Proficient in MS Office, emails, and basic office technology.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable in nature.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (Hospitality, Administration, or Communication preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, client handling, or executive support.
- Freshers with excellent spoken and written English will also be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
