Job Description:
  • Preparation of Business Development plan in discussion with BoD and respective department heads.
  • To agree on targets/tasks in consultation with BoD and work towards meeting targets.
  • Search new prospective opportunities and its followups till award of work.
  • Study and preparation of tender documents & Attend prebid/tender meetings.
  • Finding leads for marketing of new products developed by our company Sewerage Treatment Plants, Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant etc.
  • Research & Explore opportunities in the various States of India.
  • Visit companies, clients make cold calls for introducing our Technology and products portfolios.
  • Maintain an opportunity log and pass on the information on opportunities to respective departments and get their feedback/inputs in actual proposal preparation.
  • Assist design team in preparation of plant layout and drawings
  • Assist proposal development team in providing basic data and preparation of proposals,
  • Follow-ups for getting the work orders and bills from the client or contractors.
  • Preparation of profiles & other related documents for branding of the company and its products.
  • Explore and work for business partnerships for both case to case and long term basis
  • Preparation and finalization of agreements, NDAs, Technology licensing with the clients and contractors.
  • Provide technical support to clients or contractor as and when required.
  • Managing the company website and social media accounts and its regular updation.
  • Strengthening of resources required for Business Development.
  • All other activities as and when assigned by the company.
