We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Executive to join our team and amplify AIHPs digital presence across platforms.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Manage AIHPs social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more).
  • Collaborate with the in-house design team to bring creative concepts to life, while independently handling shooting and editing Instagram Reels/short-form videos.
  • Plan and execute a monthly social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor platform analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and optimize content for engagement, reach, and lead generation.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community building.
  • Stay up to date with trends in social media, real estate, and workspace design.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Strong creativity with the ability to think visually and narratively.
  • Proficiency in shooting & editing videos (esp. Reels/shorts).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to appear on camera when required.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, leasing, digital marketing).
  • Good command over written English for captions and storytelling.

Good to Have (Optional Skills)

  • Prior agency experience (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content writing.
  • Knowledge of paid promotions (Instagram Ads/LinkedIn Ads).

  • Eligibility: Candidates based in Delhi NCR / Gurgaon preferred
