Travel Sales Executive

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with professional fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Tamil and Hindi is an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a genuine passion for travel and customer service are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls (around 50 per day) with professionalism and courtesy.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, maintaining a polite and solution-oriented attitude.
- Actively listen to understand customer needs and provide accurate, tailored travel recommendations.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and transaction records.
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships through clear, consistent communication.
- Confidently share detailed information about our holiday homes and related services.
- Manage and nurture leads from social media and CRM platforms, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer concerns within established timelines, following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16, ₹30,500.57 per month
