Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple web development and e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, proven project management experience, and excellent communication skills to manage teams and client expectations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of web development projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create full-scale project plans, schedules, and communication documents.
  • Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and project dependencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
  • Facilitate post-project evaluations and continuous improvement plans.
  • Mentor and motivate project teams to achieve optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within web development or e-commerce environments.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience managing web development projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify store management.

Primary Skills:

  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, CMS platforms).
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday).
  • Ability to manage multiple brands or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Secondary Skills:

  • Good understanding of e-commerce industry trends and terminologies.
  • Experience drafting proposals, preparing progress reports, and conducting stakeholder presentations.
  • Familiarity with tools for generating project documentation and tracking KPIs.
  • Capability to coach, mentor, and guide team members for optimal delivery.
