Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-centric professionals for International Voice Process roles in the healthcare and travel domains. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to international clients through inbound and outbound voice communication. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers based on the process requirements
- Adhere to quality standards and meet process-specific performance metrics
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution where required
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: PUC (12th pass) and above
Experience:
Freshers may apply (only for select processes)
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support preferred for others
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Communication Skills:
Excellent spoken English is mandatory
- Clear pronunciation and neutral accent (No MTI)
