Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-centric professionals for International Voice Process roles in the healthcare and travel domains. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to international clients through inbound and outbound voice communication. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers based on the process requirements
  • Adhere to quality standards and meet process-specific performance metrics
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution where required

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: PUC (12th pass) and above
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support preferred for others

  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years

  • Communication Skills:
