Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Process: Blended – Primarily Voice (around 90%) with some Email/Chat

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Shift: US Shift (Night | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our support team. This blended role involves assisting customers mainly over calls, along with handling queries through email and chat. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, quick problem-solver, and dedicated to delivering a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer questions and concerns across voice, email, and chat channels.
  • Maintain strong communication standards with clear, professional language.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to timelines and SLAs.
  • Log interactions accurately and escalate cases following internal guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and customer-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts
  • Ability to manage both voice and written support channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year
