We are Hiring for FIS Banking Voice Process (Sr .Customer Service Associate)

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to handle voice-based customer support for Banking clients. This role offers excellent exposure to the international banking domain and an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice calls from US banking customers
  • Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and card-related services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to banking compliance, security, and data privacy guidelines
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal system.

Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts 24/7 ( Any 9 hours Shifts)

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Home )

Location : Malad ,Mumbai ,IN

Hiring Boundaries :

Candidates from Overall Mumbai can be considered No relocation cases from other City/State.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: HSC with 6 months of International BPO experience in a voice-based customer service role (mandatory).
  • Graduates (freshers) are also eligible to apply. ( All Semester Marksheet req)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with 6 weeks of office-based training.
  • Only immediate joiners are eligible (no active notice period).
  • Must possess all required documents: Offer Letters, Experience Letters, Salary Slips, and Bank Statements from previous employers.
  • Strong Background Verification (BGV) and valid UAN history are mandatory. Candidates with non-PF experience will not be considered.
  • Mandatory drug test will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
