Sales Lead Generator

We are looking for Sales Lead Generator's whose primary responsibilities include researching and identifying potential customers, reaching out through cold calls, emails, and social media, and qualifying leads to pass on to the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills to engage prospects, CRM proficiency to manage data, and collaboration with marketing to optimize campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential target customers using tools like LinkedIn, sales intelligence platforms, and industry databases.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, personalized emails, and social media.
- Lead qualification: Assess leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information to determine their potential and needs.
- Appointment setting: Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
- CRM management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and status in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Reporting: Track and report on key metrics like conversion rates and engagement levels.
Key skills and qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., MS Dynamics) and other office products
- Familiarity with social media and content management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is often required
