Role Overview
The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure seamless execution of administrative and confidential tasks. This role demands exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and communications.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items across multiple projects.
- Support event planning, media interactions, and public engagements as required by the organisation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduation.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
