Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Business Analyst position based in Delhi, India, with a hybrid working arrangement allowing flexibility for remote work. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing and managing project plans, and collaborating with key stakeholders to identify solutions that align with organizational objectives. Other responsibilities include documenting and improving workflows, performing data analysis to support decision-making, and contributing to process optimization efforts. This role also involves providing support during project execution and ensuring alignment with business processes and goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating solutions, and optimizing processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Data Analysis and Workflow Optimization
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence platforms
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders across departments
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial services, market analysis, and industry-specific regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable
