As a Senior Business Analyst at NotifyVisitors, you will serve as a key partner to cross-functional teamsincluding product, engineering, sales, and customer success, translating business objectives into well-defined requirements and actionable plans. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses of business processes, identifying opportunities for operational and product improvements, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Your work will ensure that our solutions are aligned with organizational goals and consistently deliver value to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and document business and product requirements from internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Convert business objectives into precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive product specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to guide feature design, development, and prioritization.
  • Conduct detailed data and process analyses to identify product gaps, operational efficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on the NotifyVisitors platform, providing insights into product functionality and best practices.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning sessions, product demonstrations, and stakeholder review meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting materials.
  • Support quality assurance activities by validating features, ensuring compliance with documented requirements, and assisting in test planning.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to interpret user feedback, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous product enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or marketing automation environments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM workflows, and customer engagement technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, user story writing, and sprint-based delivery.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, SQL, Excel, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
