Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach a team of freshers to build scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Review code, share constructive feedback, and ensure high coding standards.
  • Guide the team in developing, testing, and optimizing solutions using 
    Java (Spring Boot)
     and 
    ReactJS
    .
  • Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages continuous learning.
  • Conduct short technical sessions or hands-on workshops to build team confidence and capability.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in 
    Java
    , 
    Spring Boot
    , and 
    REST API
     development.
  • Proficiency in 
    ReactJS
    , 
    JavaScript (ES6+)
    , 
    HTML5
    , and 
    CSS3
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    SQL/NoSQL databases
     (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with 
    Git
     and 
    CI/CD
     workflows.
  • Exposure to 
    banking or fintech domains
     is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Empathetic and patient communicator who thrives on mentoring and guiding others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to bridge product goals with technical execution.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
  • Experience working in 
    agile environments
     with sprint-based delivery.
