Hiring: Technical Lead & SSE | Hospitality Tech Industry | Gurgaon (WFO)

We're hiring for a
Series C-funded tech-driven hospitality company
that's redefining budget travel in India through technology and scale. The company operates a large network of properties across major cities and offers both B2C and B2B products — including a fast-growing SaaS platform for corporate travel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to build scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Execute product roadmaps with strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
  • Continuously improve processes, technology, and team productivity.
  • Drive architectural discussions, design reviews, and best coding practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product and Business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software development experience with at least 1+ year in an engineering leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Java,
    Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, Kafka/JMS/RabbitMQ/AWS Queues
    .
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
  • Experience with distributed systems, authentication, authorization, and payment integrations.
  • Exposure to
    ReactJS, Elastic Search, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redshift
    is a plus.
