  • Lead the design and development of complex Java-based applications and solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural requirements and design solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Conduct code reviews and provide best practices for application development
  • Identify and address technical risks and issues in Java projects
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, software design principles, and architectural best practices
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of relevant technologies and tools
  • Optimize Java applications for performance, scalability, and security
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Java development
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Java developer with a strong understanding of enterprise-level architecture
  • Demonstrated expertise in Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE
  • Experience in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications
  • Proficient in object-oriented design and development principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching development teams
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and microservices architecture
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Certifications in Java and related technologies would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Good understanding of database technologies and integration patterns
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Strong understanding of software security principles and best practices
