Job Summary:

IXLY Technologies is seeking an experienced
Data Engineer
with strong hands-on expertise in
Microsoft Fabric
and
Azure Synapse Analytics
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions leveraging modern data engineering tools and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    data pipelines
    and
    ETL processes
    using
    Microsoft Fabric
    .
  • Work extensively with
    Azure Synapse
    ,
    Databricks
    , and
    PySpark
    for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
  • Implement
    data models
    ,
    data lakes
    , and
    data warehouses
    to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
  • Optimize data storage and processing performance across
    Fabric
    and
    Synapse environments
    .
  • Develop
    complex SQL queries
    and stored procedures for data transformation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure
    data quality, governance, and security
    across all data platforms.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data workflows for reliability and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    4+ years of experience
    in Data Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric
    – must have implemented or worked on real-time Fabric projects.
  • Proficiency in
    Azure Synapse Analytics
    ,
    Databricks
    , and
    PySpark
    .
  • Solid expertise in
    SQL
    for querying, optimization, and data manipulation.
  • Experience in building and managing
    ETL/ELT pipelines
    in cloud environments.
  • Good understanding of
    Azure Data Lake
    ,
    Data Factory
    , and
    Power BI
    integration.
  • Familiarity with
    data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake schema)
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    for data engineering solutions.
  • Exposure to
    Data Governance
